Full payment must be received prior to the course starting date. No monies, no place, sorry. Payments are non refundable

Please read and complete the enrolment form accordingly, and highlight whether your child will be going home alone, collected after the session, or in school after school club.

To enable us to keep you informed with our school holiday courses, please check the box on our enrolment page.

By completing & returning this form means that you are accepted and enrolled onto the course.               

Photographs and videos may be taken of the children for publicity, training, progression and/or advertisement purposes. Please be assured that your child and school will NOT be named and your details are protected securely under the Data Protection Law. Please check the box on our enrolments page where can opt in to your child`s photograph being taken.
